Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so instead of a buffet style breakfast - in a rather unusual way - we serve brunch with champagne and prepare a special cold cut platter for you.

What is on the plates?

Everything that ’lures the taste and sight’ and nothing that comes from industrial production.

We have searched for all the best producers in the area for the food that we put on your plates.

Sheep’s, goats’ and cows’ cheeses, salamis and sausages, pâtés, cold meats are all on your platter. We also serve freshly baked sweet pies, homemade yoghurts, and fresh fruits from the wide variety of the particular season.

Orange juice is freshly squeezed every morning. A variety of omelettes, freshly made if required, is also served for brunch.

Morning coffee is made from the finest speciality coffee beans with the most modern coffee machine and is served in porcelain pots, so that you can drink it as you wish.

For those who prefer tea, we brew the finest tea with tea leaves. We serve green, black and fruit tea, which you can order a whole pot of.

Our herb tea is an infusion of herbs from Káli Basin. Tóti Herba products are high quality products handmade from herbs collected in the Balaton Uplands.

Three blends are served: Füvellő (a unique blend of herbs), lavender and lemongrass, and fruit tea.

(If you wish to collect herbs, get information at the Reception. Tours are weekly organized in summertime.)

We make sure that you begin your day with a tasty and healthy meal after a relaxing night.

For the sake of early risers, brunch is served from 8.00, while those who get up late can have breakfast until 11.00 a.m. 

You do not need to conform yourself to us, just relax the way you like.
