Sauna Guide

Relaxation is crucial when you take a sauna, so please do not use your mobile phone while you are there.

Avoid using perfume and makeup when using the sauna. You can find cotton towels in the sauna relax room, please use them.

Always place a suitable size of absorbent fabric underneath yourself in the sauna cabin and on the lounge beds.

Experts agree that wearing a synthetic swimsuit is not recommended while using the sauna.

Our sauna is a Finnish dry steam cabin. The temperature is between 85° and 90°C and the humidity is 30%. Pour only a moderate amount of water mixed with natural essential oils on the sauna stones.

Immerse yourself in the eco-lake slowly and carefully as it might endanger your own and others' physical well-being.

It is recommended to lower your body temperature before diving, so have a shower for safety’s sake.

It is not allowed to smoke or eat in and around the sauna.

The sauna building is part of the "Pacific Zone", so please do not allow children under 16 to stay in the sauna building.

Use the sauna and the facilities at your own risk.

How to use the sauna:

Always start with a shower.

Enter the sauna with dry skin, wrapped in a towel. Do not take any jewellery or a watch in the cabin.

It is important to be gradual, so it is advisable to sit on a low bench during your first stay.

It is recommended to stay indoors for 10-15 minutes, during this time the body warms up and the skin's excretion function begins. Do not increase the humidity of the cabin.

Take a shower with lukewarm water, dry your skin, and then relax for at least the amount of time you have spent in the cabin!

Heating and cooling stages should be repeated three times in a row and then rest for one or two hours after the last cooling session. Sauna provides a pleasant and natural relaxation; afterwards your body begins to regenerate.
